1. Product Overview:

Relay Life Test Load Cabinet, The AC contactor life test device is designed according to the technical requirements provided by the customer and complies with relevant **standards. It can perform AC or DC coil power on/off on relay and contactor contacts for life testing. During the test, it can monitor the contacts in real time, automatically alarm and stop when there is contact failure or contact sticking, and display the alarm station. It is suitable for life testing or spot checking of relay and contactor parts, and is essential equipment for small relay manufacturers and electrical testing institutes.

This test machine uses a touchscreen and programmable logic controller (PLC) control. Except for manual operations such as product clamping and parameter setting, all other actions, power on/off counting, contact sticking phenomena, and fault judgments are performed automatically. AC/DC parameters are digitally displayed. The machine is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing.
2. Equipment Structure and Principle:

This test machine adopts a bench-type structure with overall anti-static spraying, **etched stainless steel panel that is beautiful and durable. It is equipped with a control screen, adjustment knobs, power indicator lights, switches, alarms, etc. Inside are PLC, power detection modules, control circuits, and other components.

It can simultaneously monitor whether each group of contacts of each sample is working properly. Five stations sequentially connect to the same load. The workbench surface is at the front of the test machine, made of fireproof insulating bakelite. The test leads drawn from the test bench use soft silicone insulated wires, connected to the test bench with metal quick connectors.
