  1. Product Overview:

This equipment can perform AC or DC power on/off life testing on relay contacts, and can test the coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts and coil of the relay. It is suitable for relay manufacturers, electrical testing institutes, and relay users to conduct performance testing of relays.

This tester uses a touchscreen and programmable logic controller (PLC) control. Except for manual operations such as product clamping and parameter setting, all other actions, power on/off counting, contact sticking phenomena, and fault judgments are performed automatically. It automatically tests the coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts and coil, and the life of the contacts. The machine is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing.

Relay Life Test Bench Is designed and manufactured according to Standards Technical Requirements : Four stations, DC 0 ~ 50V Manual adjustment, AC 0 ~ 250V Manual adjustment in compliance with Relevant Standards.

3. Equipment Structure and Principle:

1 , using PLC+ computer-controlled intelligent test system. The coil operation frequency and test count, as well as the product's test failure count, can be preset via computer. It can simultaneously monitor the reliable operation count of four groups of various types of electromagnetic relay changeover contacts under load. During the test, the failure status of each contact is monitored separately, and the operation count and failure count of failed products are recorded. The system consists of a control cabinet and a load cabinet.

2 Power is supplied to the tested product and the current on/off status is detected through a high-precision current sensor. and accumulates to detect the relationship between current flow and operation time. The normal output is Each pair of contacts 1 group terminal posts ( divided into common contact COM normally open contact 'NO' and normally closed contact NC) One load channel only tests single-pole contacts for detection, also can use multi-pole contacts series-connected wiring method to test 2 more than one pole contacts contacts. ( Multi-pole series connection cannot reflect the breaking capacity of contacts, ) or use time-sharing control of each pole contact's power on/off time. / Power off time ( must be longer than power on time ) to achieve one load channel supplying 2 pole contacts for testing.

3 The power detection module can detect current, voltage, AC/DC conversion signals during testing and communicate with the control screen to meet test requirements and objectives.

4 The workbench is located at the top of the life test bench, made of fireproof insulating bakelite, with holes for connecting test sample wiring, and equipped with a retractable acrylic cover, which is beautiful and convenient to operate.
