Capable of performing AC or DC power on/off life tests on relay contacts, testing coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts and coil, etc. Suitable for relay manufacturers, electrical testing institutes, and relay users for performance testing.
This testing machine uses a touchscreen and programmable logic controller (PLC) control. Except for manual operations like product clamping and parameter setting, all other actions, power on/off counting, contact sticking phenomena, and fault judgments are automatic. It automatically tests relay coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts and coil, and contact life. The machine is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing.
2. Equipment Structure and Principle:
This testing machine adopts a bench-type structure with overall anti-static coating. The panel is made of high-quality etched stainless steel, which is beautiful and durable. It is equipped with a control screen, adjustment knobs, power indicator lights, switches, alarms, etc. Inside are PLC, power detection modules, control circuits, and more.
Life Testing: Can test the life of 2 sets of contacts simultaneously. One set of contacts is tested with 2 load boxes. Each load box consists of one power supply and two loads. The wiring between contacts and loads is shown in Figure 1. The total number of tests, power-on time, and power-off time can be set on the touchscreen. The system automatically judges the contact condition. If contacts remain stuck or unpowered for a long time during testing, it is considered unqualified, and the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
After testing, the relay model, coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts and coil, and test count can be saved and copied to a computer via USB for viewing and printing.
The workbench is located at the top of the life testing platform, made of fireproof insulating bakelite, with holes for connecting test sample wiring, and equipped with a retractable acrylic cover. It is beautiful and convenient to operate.
3. Main Technical Parameters:
1) Power Supply: AC 220V±10%/50Hz.
2) Number of Poles Tested: Single-pole or double-pole, normally open or normally closed, can test normally open and normally closed simultaneously.
3) Number of Relays Tested: 1 to 4 independent tests.
4) One relay tests one set of normally open and normally closed contacts corresponding to one load cabinet, or one relay tests two sets of normally open and normally closed contacts corresponding to one load cabinet.
5) Relay Coil Supply Voltage: DC 0–110V manual adjustment, AC 0–250V manual adjustment.
6) Relay Coil Supply Current Output: DC output current ≤1A, AC output current ≤1A.
7) Digital Voltmeter: Accuracy ±0.5%, resolution 0.1V.
8) Relay Power On/Off Test Time and Interval: 0.1 seconds to 99.9 seconds, arbitrarily preset by PLC.
9) Number of Tests: 1 to 999999, presettable by PLC, can maintain count after power off, automatically stops and alarms when count is reached.
10) Contact Power On Count: PLC accumulates based on contact power on/off counts, can maintain count after power off.
11) Intelligent Judgment: When the sample is powered with load, the number of times the sample at this station shows continuous closed (contact sticking) or continuous open (contact burning) can be preset. When the preset count is reached, the product at this station is judged defective and the load automatically stops.
12) Contact Resistance Test: 1~1000mΩ.
13) Coil Resistance Test: 1~1000Ω.
14) Insulation Resistance Test: 1MΩ~1000MΩ.
15) All set parameters and models can be saved long-term.
16) Control Method: PLC control, intelligent human-machine interface operation.
