Capacitor Self-Healing Test
This experimental device meets the requirements of standards GB/T 17702-2013 and GB/25121-2010, suitable for self-healing test projects of power electronic capacitors used in rail transit locomotives and vehicles. It uses parallel reactors for precise compensation to reduce total circuit current. The digital display shows test voltage, capacitor current under test, and total circuit current in real time. During the test, the system automatically collects and records the number of self-healing events, and when reaching 5 times or the set voltage value, the test voltage automatically drops to 0.8 times and delays for 10 seconds before automatically stopping.

Self-healing test mode: first test inter-electrode withstand voltage, then automatically control voltage rise speed (about 100V/min), when self-healing times or voltage reach set value, automatically reduce voltage to 0.8 times and run for set time (usually set to 10 seconds), then stop
7. Control instrument description: automatically control the rate of voltage rise and fall, automatically record self-healing times, self-healing voltage, and time, automatically determine if the sample fails, data records can be queried and printed

8. Introduction to self-healing times collection method:
A high-frequency pulse detection device is installed in the test box, using pulse method to test the waveform of capacitor self-healing; when one self-healing occurs, the self-healing count automatically increases by one.
9. This equipment can also be used for inter-electrode withstand voltage test of capacitor lead wires.
10. The equipment can automatically compensate according to the input compensation amount, with automatic voltage regulation and timing functions; has overcurrent, overvoltage protection and delay protection; has leakage protection to ensure safe operation of the test.
