Capacitor Natural Characteristics Test Bench

The capacitor spontaneous combustion test bench complies with the requirements of Article 4.18 of standard GB/T6346.14-2015; the equipment generates high-voltage pulse signals and AC test power, suitable for instruments and equipment conducting spontaneous combustion tests on X-Y capacitors. After the energy storage capacitor is charged to the specified voltage, 20 discharges are applied to the sample capacitor with a discharge interval of 5 seconds. The 24 capacitors of the sample are each wrapped once with thin gauze; after discharge, observe whether the gauze ignites to determine the capacitor's qualification. It is suitable for quality inspection departments and manufacturers to test the spontaneous combustion of capacitor products, featuring overload and short-circuit protection circuits and equipped with test fixtures with good safety performance.

Product Description

1. Product Overview:
The capacitor self-ignition test bench complies with the requirements of standard GB/T6346.14-2015 clause 4.18; the equipment generates high-voltage pulse signals and AC test power, suitable for X-Y capacitors to conduct self-ignition tests. After the energy storage capacitor is charged to the specified voltage, 20 discharges are applied to the test capacitor with a 5-second interval between discharges. The 24 capacitors of the sample are wrapped once with thin gauze; after discharge, check if the gauze is ignited to determine the capacitor's qualification. Suitable for quality inspection departments and manufacturers to test the self-ignition of capacitor products, it features overload and short-circuit protection circuits and is equipped with test fixtures with good safety performance.

High-performance insulation structure. From inside to outside, there is an inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber, aluminum reflective foil, and air layer, resulting in minimal heat loss of the inner chamber. The inner chamber outer box and door chamber mechanism are unique, greatly reducing heat transfer from the inner cavity; g) Internal structure of the box: the electric heater located at the back of the box discharges heat forward through side air ducts, passing through drying materials and then being drawn in by a high-performance dedicated fan at the back, forming a reasonable air duct that allows full convection of hot air, maximizing uniform temperature inside the box; h) Observation window: the box door is equipped with glass observation windows to monitor the test status inside the box at any time; i) Adjustable new air inlet: controls the amount of air entering and exiting the box, with an exhaust port at the rear of the box that can be closed or adjusted to regulate airflow for ventilation; j) Sensor: Class A PT100 platinum resistance; heating method: nickel-chromium alloy electric heater. 4. Equipment usage environment a) Indoor use with good indoor ventilation. b) Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters. c) Ambient temperature between -10℃ and +50℃. d) Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%. e) No strong vibration or impact. f) No severe dust, explosive hazardous media, corrosive metals, harmful gases that damage insulation, conductive particles, or severe mold around. g) Vertical tilt not exceeding 5 degrees.
