I. Equipment Overview:
The capacitor durability test machine complies with standards GB/T 17702-2013, GB/25121-2010; it uses PLC + touch screen display and operation, featuring automatic voltage regulation, automatic timing, 4-channel current display, test on/off and overcurrent protection functions; equipped with test sample fixtures. This equipment is a specialized device suitable for AC capacitor durability testing. It is suitable for quality inspection departments and manufacturers to test the durability of capacitor products, with overload and short circuit protection circuits, and equipped with safety-tested fixtures.
II. Equipment Structural Features:
The equipment cabinet is welded from high-quality sheet steel, with sheet metal sprayed and baked in two-color sealed panels, surface treated for anti-static, rust, and corrosion resistance. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a stainless steel etched panel, power switch, touch screen, start/stop buttons, high voltage meter, etc.; the lower part has a high voltage output interface for easy connection to capacitor samples; the bottom has four universal casters for easy movement. This equipment uses PLC + touch screen control, with high voltage adjustment using a stepper motor structure voltage transmitter for closed-loop control, requiring no manual adjustment, automatically and quickly stabilizing to the set voltage value. The touch screen can set the voltage output value, switch to discharge mode after testing a period of power-on time; the discharge mode can set power-on time, power-off time, and number of tests; after reaching the set test, it switches back to continuous power-on mode; the equipment is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing.

a) The cabinet is welded from high-quality steel plate, the working chamber is stainless steel or coated with high-temperature resistant silver paint;
b) The four corners of the inner liner are semi-circular for easy cleaning, novel and beautiful design, energy-saving;
c) Microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller, precise and reliable temperature control accuracy;
d) The hot air circulation system uses a low-noise fan and appropriate air duct, ensuring uniform temperature inside the working chamber;
e) Temperature controller: The product adopts comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility design and user-friendly menu design, using the company's independently developed adaptive temperature control technology for temperature control, making the equipment operation completely foolproof, solving the previous PID control technology problems such as multiple parameter tuning and temperature overshoot, achieving excellent temperature control effect. Dual-screen high-brightness wide-view digital display, clear and intuitive readings. Microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature, the controller automatically controls the heating power and displays the heating status, with precise and stable temperature control. Over-temperature alarm and automatic heating power cut-off. Timer function, with a maximum timing of 9999 minutes;
f) Insulation layer: domestically pioneered, high-performance insulation structure. From inside to outside there is an inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber, aluminum reflective foil, and air layer, minimizing heat loss of the inner liner. The inner liner outer box and door liner structure are unique, greatly reducing heat transfer from the inner cavity;
g) Internal structure of the cabinet: the electric heater located at the back of the cabinet discharges heat forward through side air ducts, after passing through drying materials, it is sucked in by a high-performance special fan at the back, forming a reasonable air duct that allows full convection of hot air, maximizing temperature uniformity inside the chamber;
h) Observation window: the cabinet door is equipped with glass observation windows to observe the test status inside the chamber at any time;
i) Adjustable new air inlet: controls the air volume entering and exiting the cabinet; the rear of the cabinet is equipped with an exhaust port that can be closed or adjusted to regulate air exchange;
j) Sensor: Class A PT100 platinum resistance; heating method: nickel-chromium alloy electric heater.
IV. Equipment Operating Environment
a) Indoor use with good indoor ventilation.
b) Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters.
c) Ambient temperature between -10℃ and +50℃.
d) Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
e) No strong vibration and impact.
f) No severe dust, explosive hazardous media, corrosive metals, harmful gases that damage insulation, conductive particles, or severe mold in the surroundings.
g) Vertical tilt not greater than 5 degrees.
