I. Product Overview:
This equipment is designed and manufactured according to the durability test requirements of GB/T3667-97, 14472-1998, 2693-2001, and JIS-C-4098-88. It is used for durability testing of capacitors less than 100uF with a rated voltage below 3000V. The device uses PLC + touch screen control, allowing digital setting of test voltage, running time, test capacity, etc.; it digitally displays test voltage and current, and is equipped with multiple sets of compensation reactors, enabling durability testing of large-capacity capacitors with relatively small power supply capacity. Additionally, the equipment has protection measures such as load short circuit and overload. It features simple operation, intuitive display, and convenient adjustment.

A. Test Range: 1 ~ 100uF UH ≤ 3000V Self-healing capacitors;
B. Test Voltage: 0 ~ 1.25UH Continuously adjustable Digital display accuracy: ±1.5%
- Test Time: 0.1 ~ 9999.9 hours, power-off can maintain, timing error ≤ 0.2 hours
- Equipment Load Capacity: 1 ~ 21 channels can be designed according to user requirements
E. Current Display: total current, reactive current, capacitive current accuracy ±2%
F. Equipped with capacitor short circuit, open circuit, overload protection and fault indication functions
G. Accelerated frequent on/off under 1.4UH

2. Number of Tests: presettable from 0 ~ 99999 times
