This device is designed according to the national standards GB9706.1-2007 'Medical Electrical Equipment Part 1: General Requirements for Safety' and GB4706.1-2005 'Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 1: General Requirements', which stipulate that 'equipment connected to the power supply network with a plug must be designed so that the voltage between each power pin and between each power pin and the equipment housing is 1s after the plug is disconnected.' This instrument has a sufficiently high test impedance and uses a method of simulating unplugging to disconnect the equipment from the mains voltage at its peak, and is used for residual voltage testing of electrical equipment such as medical devices and household appliances.
Scope of application: It is used to test the residual voltage between the power plugs and between the plug and the housing of equipment specified in GB9706.1-2007 'Medical Electrical Equipment Part 1: General Requirements for Safety' and GB4706.1-2005 'Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 1: General Requirements', as well as the residual voltage test of other parts of the equipment.

1) Voltage regulating knob: clockwise to increase voltage, counterclockwise to decrease voltage;
2) Touch screen: set and display parameters;
3) Power switch: main power switch;
4) Start button: start testing;
5) Stop button: stop testing;
6) Alarm light: If the residual voltage exceeds the set upper limit, the alarm indicator light will be on;
7) 10A sample socket: Connect the sample power supply, output the set voltage during testing, and detect the residual voltage;
8) Wiring terminal for samples greater than 10A
