Integrated Testing System for AC and DC Charging Gun Piles

An automated, intelligent testing and inspection system specially developed in accordance with the new national standards IEC/EN 61851, IEC 62196-2:2016, and GB/T 18487.1-2015, as well as other standards such as IEC/EN 62752. This testing system is suitable for the functional testing and verification of conductive charging for charging connectors and charging stations that comply with Chinese, European, and U.S. standards, and can be widely used in research and development, design, and factory acceptance testing.

I. Overview:
  An automated intelligent testing and inspection system specially developed in accordance with the new national standards IEC/EN 61851, IEC 62196-2:2016, and GB/T 18487.1-2015, as well as IEC/EN 62752 and other relevant standards. This testing system is suitable for the functional testing and verification of conductive charging for charging connectors and charging stations that comply with Chinese, European, and U.S. standards, and can be widely used in research and development, design, and factory acceptance testing.
  This equipment features automated testing, with system software that enables one-click testing of all functions. Test process parameters can be flexibly configured, and test parameters for various products can be pre-configured for immediate retrieval when needed. All test results are recorded and readily queryable, and the system includes QR code scanning functionality to enable traceability of product test data. It can also be integrated with MES systems.
