I. Overview
  This equipment can perform mechanical load tests on the charging gun interface to meet the test requirements of standard GB/T20234.1-2023 Clause 6.2.10.7, Clause 7.11.8, and Clause 7.30.

4 Environmental conditions The equipment should be free from strong vibration, strong electromagnetic interference, high concentrations of dust and corrosive substances, direct sunlight or other direct radiation from heat sources.
The equipment should be placed horizontally in a well-ventilated laboratory, with sufficient space around it for operation and maintenance.

1 The equipment meets the gravity load requirements of Table 7. The gun seat can be manually rotated 90 degrees, and the cylinder lifts and releases the weight, and the force is automatically timed.

4 The power supply plug or vehicle plug is a finely ground contact made of hardened steel. For other types of pins, the dimensions of the pins or the distance between the pin surfaces shall comply with the minimum dimensions given in the relevant standards, with a tolerance of +0.01mm and 0mm (no negative tolerance).
5 The total weight of the test power plug or test vehicle plug, clamping device, load-bearing device, main weight and additional weight shall apply the pull-out force specified in Table 7. The weight of the additional weight shall be such that the force applied by it is equal to one tenth of the pull-out force. Hang the main weight on the test plug without shaking, and then drop the additional weight from a height of 5cm onto the main weight.
6 The gun seat can be manually rotated 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees.
7 The fixed position of the gun seat can be adjusted manually in height, and the height distance can be adjusted from 0.5m-1.5m.
8 Meet the tensile requirements specified by the 100N, 165N, 300N, 440N, 660N, and 750N combinations, and can be continuously applied for more than 1 min
9 Automatic force application timing: 0~999.9s
10 Automatic counting of force application times: 0~999
