The power cable thermal cycling heating test system meets the technical specification 《TICW 15-2012 Test Method for Current Carrying Capacity of Single Cable Laid in Air》 of the National Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. I. Introduction to the instrument:
  The power cable heat cycle heating test system meets the technical specifications of the National Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center 《TICW 15-2012 Test Method for Laying Current Capacity of Single Cables in Air》. At the same time, it can meet GB/T12706-2008, GB/T 11017, GB/Z18890, IEC60502, IEC60840, IEC60627 for cyclic heating test of power cables and cyclic heating treatment of cables before water permeability test.
  The system consists of PLC control console, industrial computer, electrical control cabinet, core-type high-current transformer, high-precision voltage regulator, high-current sensor, temperature sensor and control cable. The core of the control is the PLC and HMI products of Panasonic Corporation of Japan, together with the high-current sensor and temperature sensor to form a closed-loop automatic regulation system, so that the tested cable, busbar current or temperature is automatically adjusted to the expected set value and maintain the constant of the original set value, and can record various test data and curves in real time, so as to achieve the purpose of testing its current carrying capacity and temperature rise. The device has a high degree of automation and precision, simple operation, and good reliability. It has been running in a cable research institute in China for many years without failure.
 

II. Test mode:
  1. Record the temperature change of the conductor under a certain current; and record the It, Tt, I/T(t) curves
  2. Under the set conductor temperature, automatically adjust the current passing through the conductor; and record the It, Tt, I/T(t) curves
 

III. Features:

  While heating the cable at a constant temperature or heating the cable at a constant current, the current change, current, temperature, and time curves of the cable at a constant temperature can be recorded, and the records can be stored and printed, etc.
 

IV. There are two ways to sample temperature:
(1) Directly sample the temperature of the test sample
(2) If the sample is to be kept for other tests and cannot be punched for temperature sampling, another cable of the same specification can be used for comparison loading, and the temperature of the comparison loading sample is taken as the loading current control feedback value to control the current of the test sample.

  Cut two cable samples with a length of 10~15 meters from the finished cable

6. A set of test software, which can set heating program segments and record relevant data, curves, etc.

4. The temperature is collected by the temperature module and directly communicates with the PLC, which is displayed on the computer;
5. Heating time: 0~9999.99H/M/S can be set;
6. Cooling time: 0~9999.99H/M/S can be set;
7. Number of cycles: 1-9999 times can be set;
8. This system is designed according to the longest 15-meter cable. If the test cable exceeds 15 meters, a separate quotation is required.
