I. Equipment Overview:
  The capacitor durability tester complies with standards GB/T 17702-2013, GB/25121-2010; it adopts PLC + touch screen display and operation, and has functions such as automatic voltage regulation, automatic timing, 4-channel current display, test on-off and overcurrent protection; it is equipped with test sample clamps. This equipment is a dedicated equipment suitable for the durability test of AC capacitors. It is suitable for quality inspection departments and manufacturers to test the durability of capacitor products. It has overload and short-circuit protection circuits and is equipped with test fixtures with good safety performance.
 

II. Equipment Structure Features:
  The equipment cabinet is welded with high-quality sheet metal steel, and the sheet metal is sprayed with two-color paint and sealed. The surface is treated with anti-static, anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a stainless steel etched panel, power switch, touch screen, start and stop buttons, high-voltage meter, etc.; the lower part of the equipment is equipped with a high-voltage output interface, which is convenient for connecting capacitor test samples; the bottom has four universal casters for easy movement. This equipment adopts PLC + touch screen control, and the high-voltage adjustment adopts a stepping motor structure voltage transmitter for closed-loop control, without manual adjustment, and automatically and quickly stabilizes to the set voltage value. The touch screen can set the voltage output value, and switch to the discharge mode after testing for a period of time; the discharge mode can set the power-on time and power-off time, and the number of tests; after the test reaches the setting, it switches to the normally-on mode; the equipment is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and beautiful in appearance.

g) Internal structure of the box: The heat of the electric heater placed on the back of the box is discharged forward through the side air duct, and then sucked into the back by the high-performance special fan after passing through the dried object, forming a reasonable air duct, which can make the hot air fully convect and maximize the temperature in the box to reach uniformity;
h) Observation window: Each box door has a glass observation window, which can observe the test status in the box at any time;
i) Adjustable new air inlet: control the amount of air entering and leaving the box, and the rear of the box is equipped with an exhaust port that can be closed or adjusted to play a role in ventilation;
j) Sensor: Class A PT100 platinum resistance; Heating method: nickel-chromium alloy electric heater.

Capacitor self-healing test
This experimental device fully meets the requirements of GB/T 17702-2013 and GB/25121-2010 standards, and is suitable for the self-healing test items of power electronic capacitors applicable in rail transit vehicles. Parallel reactor is used for precise compensation to reduce the total circuit current. The test voltage, the current of the capacitor under test, and the total circuit current are displayed digitally in real time. During the test, the system automatically collects and records the number of self-healing times and the voltage value when 5 times are reached or the set voltage value is reached, the test voltage is automatically reduced by 0.8 times, and delayed for 10 seconds, and then automatically shut down.
