　　Test function requirements: Detect the service life of snap-action thermostats. The total number of tests can be set, and the test will automatically stop with audible and visual alarm prompts after the set number of tests is reached.
Equipment functions and configuration:
1) It adopts PLC and touch screen control, and the test function and parameters can be set and displayed on the display screen.
2) The test parameters have a power-off memory protection function.
3) The parameters set on the display screen and the test count have a password protection function to avoid accidental modification or loss of test parameters due to human error.
4) During the test, it automatically determines whether the thermostat operates normally within the heating, cooling, and reset times. If there is any abnormality, it automatically stops the test and provides audible and visual alarm prompts.
5) The test automatically stops after reaching the preset value, and audible and visual alarm prompts are given, displaying the words 'Test completed' on the display screen.
6) The thermostat is installed on a dedicated tooling fixture.
7) It has short-circuit, leakage, and overload protection devices.

(3) Heat transfer medium: hot air (hot air is provided by 1 hot air gun);

(7) Number of failed tests: 1～9999 times;
(8) Heating time: 1～9999 seconds can be set;
