I. Equipment Overview:
The Contactor Comprehensive Test Bench meets the technical requirements provided by the customer and complies with relevant national standards. It can perform life tests on contactor contacts and test the coil resistance, contact resistance, and insulation resistance between contacts and coils of the contactor. It is suitable for contactor manufacturers, electrical testing institutes, and contactor users to perform performance testing on contactors.
This testing machine is controlled by an industrial computer and a programmable logic controller (PLC). Except for product clamping and parameter setting, which are manually operated, the remaining actions, power on/off counting, contact adhesion, and judgment are automatically performed. It automatically tests the coil resistance, contact closing voltage, contact release voltage, contact closing time, and contact release time of the contactor. This machine is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and beautiful in appearance.
II. Equipment Structure and Principle:
This testing machine adopts a cabinet-type structure with overall anti-static spraying and a high-quality etched stainless steel panel, which is beautiful and durable. It has an industrial computer screen, power indicator light, switch, alarm, and other components on the top, and a PLC, power detection module, program-controlled power supply, control circuit, and other components inside.
Life Test: Six sets of contacts can be life-tested at the same time. The total number of tests, on-time, and off-time can be set on the touch screen. The machine automatically judges the quality of the contacts. If the contacts are stuck for a long time or are not energized for a long time, they will be considered unqualified, and the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
All data is saved after the test is completed for viewing and printing.
The work surface is on the top of the life test bench and is made of fireproof insulating bakelite. It has holes for connecting the test sample circuit, which is safe, beautiful, and easy to operate.
Main Technical Parameters

2) Contactor aging test:
1) Number of poles to be tested: 1~6 poles, normally open and normally closed are tested simultaneously, or you can choose to test only normally open or normally closed, 1~6 poles can be arbitrarily selected for testing;
2) Number of contactors to be tested: 1~6 independent life tests;
3) Function test: Only test 1 station
4) Contactor coil supply voltage: AC 0~250V Maximum current 5A.

6) Contactor on-time: 0.1 seconds~99.9S can be arbitrarily preset by PLC. Set in the computer
7) Contactor off-time: 0.1 seconds~99.9S can be arbitrarily preset by PLC. Set in the computer
8) Number of tests: 1~999999 can be preset by PLC, can be kept when power is off, and automatically stops and alarms when the number is reached.
9) Intelligent judgment: During the test run of the sample, the number of times that the sample in this station continuously appears to be normally on (contact adhesion) or continuously disconnected (contact burn) can be preset. When the set number of times is accumulated, the product at this station is judged to be defective and the load is automatically stopped.
3) Function test:
1) Closing time: 0.01~9999ms
2) Release time: 0.01~9999ms
3) Closing voltage: 0~250V
4) Release voltage: 0~250V
5) The coil voltage rises from the initial value until the contactor closes and stops, displaying and recording the voltage;
6) After the closing voltage test is normal, the voltage is then adjusted to gradually decrease until the contactor releases and stops, recording the release voltage at this time;
7) Both the closing voltage and release voltage have waveform displays, and the recorded data can be generated into reports for viewing and printing
8) Contactor action time detection: Apply the set voltage to the contactor coil to make it close and open, and automatically detect the delay on and delay off time of the contacts.
9) In the contact resistance voltage drop display curve, contact bounce may occur, so the contact resistance and voltage have slight changes. The curve can be retrieved and expanded for analysis to see the slight changes in the main contact conduction voltage. The conduction voltage change is at the mV level, and the bounce time is at the ms level.
10) The closing and release time adopt the method of applying current to the contacts and testing the voltage across the contacts;
11) Current output: DC 0~100A, resolution 0.1A
12) Voltage measurement: 0~200mV Resolution 0.1 mV
13) The contact voltage drop curve can be displayed in real-time to determine the contact bounce characteristics
14) Both the closing time and release time have waveform displays, and the recorded data can be generated into reports for viewing and printing
