1. Overview:
This equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB10963.1-2005 Article 9.10, GB14048.1-2006 Article 7.2.1, and JB/T8979-2006 Article 8.13 national standards. It can perform delayed tripping characteristic tests on circuit breakers, i.e., apply 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current for testing to see if it trips within the specified time; it can also perform instantaneous tripping characteristic tests on circuit breakers, i.e., apply 3~14 times the rated current for testing to see if it trips within the specified time; it is suitable for online factory testing of MCCB circuit breakers and is an essential equipment for electrical performance testing by circuit breaker manufacturers. This equipment has the functions of fast product loading, automatic testing, and automatic judgment.
The equipment cabinet is assembled with high-quality aluminum alloy steel, and the sheet metal is sprayed and sealed. The surface is sprayed with anti-static, anti-rust, and anti-corrosion coatings. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a stainless steel etched panel, power switch. The equipment is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and beautiful in appearance.
2. Working Principle:
This test bench adopts the principle of low voltage and high current output, using the internal high current isolation transformer to output current. The current size is set by the computer to control the PLC, and the constant current source adjusts the primary input voltage of the transformer to adjust the output current, which has the function of automatically stabilizing the current. The touch screen display sets the test time and compares it with the test tripping time to determine the quality of the circuit breaker. It can test 100A~650A circuit breakers.
