The EVD1000V-30KW*2 DC charging pile test device consists of a load + national standard/European standard BMS simulation system, and a touch screen control method is uniformly adopted for simulation test operation (a host computer can also be selected for remote control). It is mainly used for on-site installation, commissioning, and function verification of DC charging pile products, and can also be used for online debugging, off-line testing, and function verification. The device truly simulates the charging process and various faults, avoiding the inconvenience of using electric vehicles as testing devices, incomplete testing content, inability to simulate real faults, inability to verify auxiliary power supply systems, time-consuming and labor-intensive charging and discharging of vehicle power batteries, and shortening battery life due to frequent charging and discharging. At the same time, it can avoid damage to the test vehicle caused by charging pile failure.

4. Multi-gear DC+, DC- leakage resistance simulation, which can perform balanced and unbalanced leakage tests on the insulation inspection of charging piles. DC+ and DC- each have 7 gears of leakage resistance settings, and a single gun has a total of 14 gear options.
5. Real-time detection and display of CC1 voltage, multi-gear R4 resistance setting, can test critical unplugging state, complete unplugging state.

11. All vehicle-side message content and message cycle can be set to simulate various message conditions of the car.
12. The host computer uses a USB interface for direct control, which eliminates the trouble of wiring and adapters compared with 485 and 232.
13. Real-time message output and translation during communication, and has a real-time saving function. It is equivalent to having the function of a CAN box, which is convenient for direct use and fault analysis by various related personnel.
14. Average cycle, number of transmissions, maximum cycle, and minimum cycle statistics of various messages. Message Gantt waveform output makes fault analysis of charging piles more intuitive and comprehensive.
15. Communication consistency test, and has the function of outputting analysis reports.
