Mechanical Strength Testing Device for Plugs and Connectors

1. The plug and connector mechanical strength testing device is suitable for checking the mechanical strength of the lightest flexible cable with the minimum cross-sectional area corresponding to the rated value specified in Table 13 on detachable electrical appliance accessories. Fix the free end of the cable, which is about 2.25m long, to the wall at a height of 75cm from the ground. Grab the sample so that the cable is horizontal, and then drop the sample onto the concrete floor 8 times. After each drop, rotate the cable at the fixed point by 45°. After the test, the sample should not show damage in the standard sense, especially the parts should not be separated or fall off.
