I. Overview
  This equipment shall meet the test requirements of GB/T20234.1-2023 Section 6.2.10.4, GB/T11918.1-2014 Section 24.4, and IEC 62196-1:2022 Section 26.4, and is suitable for bending tests on non-removable wire electrical accessories such as charging guns.
  This equipment is controlled by PLC and touch screen, which is convenient to control. The angle, speed, and number of times can be set. Fix the sample on the fixture and apply a certain load. The fixture shakes left and right during the test. After a certain number of times, check the disconnection rate or check the total number of swings when it cannot be energized. This machine can automatically count, and the instrument automatically stops working when the test material is bent to the point where it cannot be energized. This equipment can also be tested with load, with reserved load wiring ports.
