Product Description
This test device is designed and manufactured according to UL2251 and GB/T 20234.1-2015. It is suitable for pressure life tests of various electric vehicle charging piles. The power supply plug and vehicle plug with the manufacturer's recommended cable are randomly placed on the cement floor, and a car tire with the same load as P225/75R15 is used to apply a pressure of (4893±500N) N at a speed of (8±2)km/h to roll over the power supply plug or vehicle plug (tire inflation pressure 218±13kPa) to simulate the ability of the power supply plug or vehicle plug to withstand vehicle rolling.
Technical features: The frame is made of steel with surface electrostatic spraying, the bottom plate simulates a cement floor, the rolling mechanism can simulate the free up and down sliding after the car rolls over the object, the plug bears the same pressure, and is equipped with limit protection. Another set of driving devices drives the rolling mechanism to realize the front and rear rolling action. The main parts are made of 45 steel and aluminum parts. (Ensure that the tire rolls over the sample under normal rolling conditions).
Equipment structure:
1) The frame of this machine is pickled, phosphated and painted after being welded by square pass, and the bottom is equipped with shock-absorbing foot pads and a pulley structure for easy installation and disassembly. It is guided by heavy-duty slide rails, the roller group slides, and the motor pushes for rolling test (the rolling direction of the test is driven by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor), and the sliding device is equipped with a cement trough box mounting fixture.
2) The load-bearing structure is an up-and-down structure. The tire bearing the sample, the upper and lower sliding frame, the power system, and the counterweight are the overall weight of the test. The power is transmitted by a high-power servo motor combined with a turbine reducer to drive the main shaft to reach the test speed.
3) The top is equipped with an electric lifting structure, which can easily install the sample.
4) The control system is an independent mechanism. The host is controlled by PLC, and the touch screen is operated. The bottom is equipped with casters and connection ports for easy movement and connection.
