Suitable for independently testing the insertion and removal life of a charging gun charging base. This testing machine uses a servo motor, lead screw, and guide rail as power, uses a compact fixture to hold the sample, and uses a touch screen and original Japanese programmable controller (PLC) as the control center. It is a special equipment for the life test of electric vehicle charging pile plugs and sockets. With load, it can do loading test, and has corresponding control system. The equipment adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system and industrial computer operation interface to make the recording and display more accurate; the test times, conduction current time, and test stroke can be preset.
