It facilitates manufacturers and quality inspection departments to test the instantaneous and delayed action characteristics of circuit breakers. The inverse time trip is set at 1.13 times and 1.45 times the rated current (the upper limit of inverse time current is 145A), and also includes instantaneous trip characteristics at 10 times the rated current, with an instantaneous trip current upper limit of 1000A. Standards met: complies with GB10963.1 and GB14048.2 requirements.

1. Product Overview:
         The small circuit breaker long delay action characteristic test bench is suitable for AC air circuit breakers with 50Hz or 60Hz frequency, rated voltage not exceeding 440V (phase-to-phase), rated current not exceeding 125A, and rated short-circuit capacity not exceeding 25000A. It facilitates manufacturers and quality inspection departments to test the instantaneous and delayed action characteristics of circuit breakers. 2. Technical Features:
The equipment cabinet is made of high-quality steel sheet metal processing, with an anti-static, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant coating on the surface. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a stainless steel etched panel, and the lower part has current and voltage adjustment devices; the panel is equipped with a human-machine interface operation screen and a high-performance integrated power display meter, pre-adjustment, power supply, and other control systems. The middle and lower parts of the equipment have insulation adjustment knobs and toggle switches for current and voltage, with standard adjustment indicators engraved; the bottom of the equipment is equipped with strong brake casters for easy transportation and movement.
