Jump-type Thermostat Life Test Device
1. Product Overview:
This device is specially designed for thermostat switch manufacturers' testing. It uses PLC + touch screen control, has a high degree of automation, can automatically heat the thermostat to the set value, automatically cool the thermostat, and check whether the switch function is normal. No personnel supervision is required; the test stops automatically and gives audible and visual alarms when the number of tests reaches the preset value.
2. Main Technical Parameters:
1. Design station: single group test;
2. Test medium: PTC heat conduction;
3. Cooling medium: air cooling;
4. Test temperature: room temperature +5℃ to 150℃;
5. Total number of tests: presettable from 1 to 999,999 times;
6. Cumulative number of tests: 1 to 999,999 times;
7. Cooling time: settable from 1 to 9,999 seconds;
8. Reset method:
(1) Automatic type: fan forced air cooling;
(2) Manual type: cylinder presses the reset button.
9. The fixture meets the testing needs of various samples within the standard range.
