Product Description
Molded Case Circuit Breaker Long Delay Trip Characteristic Tester
- Product Overview:
The Molded Case Circuit Breaker Long Delay Trip Characteristic Tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements provided by customers, complying with standards GB10963.1-2005 Article 9.10, GB14048.1-2006 Article 7.2.1, JB/T8979-2006 Article 8.13. It can perform long delay trip characteristic tests on circuit breakers by applying 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current to test whether it trips within the specified time; it can also perform instantaneous trip characteristic tests by applying 3 to 10 times the rated current to test whether it trips within the specified time. It is suitable for online factory testing of DZ series circuit breakers and is essential equipment for electrical performance testing by circuit breaker manufacturers. This device features quick product installation, automatic testing, and automatic judgment functions.
The equipment cabinet is assembled from high-quality aluminum alloy steel, with sheet metal spray-coated panels. The surface is sprayed with anti-static, anti-rust, and anti-corrosion coatings. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a stainless steel etched panel, power switch, and two types of clamps. The equipment is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing.
II. Working Principle:
This test bench uses the principle of low voltage and high current output, utilizing a large current isolation transformer inside the machine to output current. The current size is controlled by a PLC set via computer. The PLC controls a motor that drives a voltage regulator to adjust the primary input voltage of the transformer to regulate the output current size, featuring automatic current stabilization. The computer monitor sets the test time and trip time for comparison to determine the condition of the circuit breaker.
