1. Product Overview:
This life testing device meets the testing requirements of standards GB14536.3-2008, GB14536.4-2008, and GB14536.5-2008. It simulates the thermal protector repeatedly opening and closing under specified voltage and current to verify the normal working life and durability of the thermal protector product. The device consists of a temperature control box, PLC control system, computer, and control software; through an intelligent heating system, it can heat and cool quickly and smoothly, providing a suitable testing temperature environment for the thermal protector.
2. Equipment Features:
This equipment has extremely high testing efficiency, testing 100 products in 30 minutes per batch. Controlled by PLC and computer, it can display the temperature inside the temperature control box and the status of each thermal protector contact in real time. It can promptly capture the temperature when the thermal protector contacts operate and reset, recording the data. The data can be exported to EXCEL for viewing, and the printer can print the temperature at contact operation and real-time temperature curves, providing a detailed thermal protector test report for quality inspection laboratories or manufacturers.
