1. Product Overview:
This device is a new type of circuit breaker life testing machine designed and developed according to GB10963-1999 "Overcurrent Protection Circuit Breakers for Household and Similar Use" and special user requirements;
This circuit breaker life testing machine is assembled from various new components such as transformer, voltage regulator, AC contactor, time relay, high-precision voltmeter, peak meter, indicator lights, and buttons. It is suitable for small circuit breaker manufacturers or relevant quality inspection departments to comprehensively measure and analyze the life and operating characteristics of small circuit breakers.
2. Main Technical Parameters:
2.1 Total equipment capacity: 8KVA;
2.2 Input voltage: AC220V±10%;
2.3 Number of poles of the tested product: single pole or multiple poles in series;
2.4 Instrument accuracy level: digital voltmeter, 0.5 level;
2.5 Digital peak ammeter, 0.5 level;
2.6 Number of poles of the tested product: single pole or multiple poles in series;
2.7 Output method: binding posts and manual fixture clamping;
2.8 Current control method: manually adjust the required output current value;

3. Test Items:
3.1 Circuit Breaker Trip Operating Current Test
a. Instantaneous surge current: 0~1000A, 500A, 150A, 50A adjustable (the current range for the action test can be selected by adjusting the current switch according to the model of the tested product);
b. Test cycle: 1~9999, 1~99990, 1~999900 presettable;
c. Current control method: manually adjust the required output current value;
d. Test method: switchable between automatic/manual.
3.2 Circuit Breaker Non-Trip Operating Current Test
a. Instantaneous surge current: 0~1000A, 500A, 150A, 50A adjustable (the current range for the action test can be selected by adjusting the current switch according to the model of the tested product);
b. Test cycle: 1~9999, 1~99990, 1~999900 presettable;
c. Current control method: manually adjust the required output current value;
d. Test method: switchable between automatic/manual.
3.3 Temperature Rise Test
a. Test current: 0~100A continuously adjustable;
b. Power on/off cycle test time: 0.1 seconds to 99 minutes 99 seconds presettable;
c. Test cycle: 1~9999, 1~99990, 1~999900 presettable;
d. Current control method: manually adjust the required output current value;
e. Test method: automatic test;
f. Temperature rise measurement range: room temperature to 120℃
3.4 Constant Temperature Chamber
