ZJ-3500A Circuit Breaker Trip Characteristic Comprehensive Test Bench
1. Product Overview:
This circuit breaker test bench is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements provided by the customer, complying with national standards GB10963.1-2005 Article 9.10, GB14048.1-2006 Article 7.2.1, JB/T8979-2006 Article 8.13. It can perform delayed trip characteristic tests on circuit breakers by applying 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current to check if it trips within the specified time; it can also perform instantaneous trip characteristic tests by applying 3 to 10 times the rated current to check if it trips within the specified time. It is suitable for online factory testing of molded case circuit breakers and miniature circuit breakers and is essential equipment for circuit breaker manufacturers for electrical performance testing. This equipment features quick product installation, automatic testing, and automatic judgment functions. It offers multiple specifications of wire terminals (for delayed trip testing), reasonable design, ease of use, simple operation, reliable performance, and an attractive appearance.

and the circuit breaker shall not be damaged in a way that affects its function or safety of use.
