I. Product Overview:
  Suitable for performing electrical insertion and extraction force tests on a single charging gun. This testing machine uses a servo motor, lead screw, and guide rail as power, uses a compact fixture to hold the sample, and uses an original Japanese programmable controller (PLC) + computer as the control center. It has superior performance, is easy to operate, and has a high degree of automation.


II. Main Parameters:
1) Compatible with the testing of charging guns specifications of China, Europe, America, and Tesla AC, the mechanism for clamping and fixing the gun head can be quickly replaced;
     Provide 4 kinds of profiling fixtures (based on the 3D data provided by the user), which can quickly clamp the gun head, 1 for each type
2) The mating socket has a life statistics function (>15000 times), and the number of insertions and removals can be customized;
3) The speed of insertion and removal actions is adjustable;
4) Set the insertion and removal force interval time, and automatically lock the number of times and stop the test when the insertion and removal force setting value is lower than the set value (0~300N, accuracy 0.01N);
