I. Product Overview:
It is suitable for independently performing plug and unplug life tests and plug and unplug force tests on charging gun charging bases. Before plugging and unplugging, it can automatically soak in 3 different solutions. This testing machine uses servo electric cylinders, servo modules, cylinders, etc. as power, and uses small fixtures to clamp the samples. The touch screen and original Japanese programmable controller (PLC) are used as the control center, with superior performance, convenient operation, and a high degree of automation. It can clamp the charging gun, automatically immerse the charging gun in rain acid solution, salt water solution, and muddy water solution for a period of time, then automatically take it out and insert it into the charging gun base, and finally energize it for 1.5h, repeating this action to simulate the plug and unplug life of the charging gun outdoors.

III. Main parameters:
1) Drive device: electric rod, module, cylinder, servo motor
2) Device structure: The test device is placed horizontally, and is welded with a national standard 40mmx40mm square pass skeleton. The sealing plate is formed by CNC processing of a 1.2mm Baosteel electrolytic plate.

23) Alarm detection: Following the principle of "must be on when it should be on, and must be off when it should be off", the system judges whether the sample is damaged according to the logical relationship between "position and current". When the sample under test is damaged, the equipment can send out an audible and visual alarm prompt and automatically shut down;
24) Test process:
a. Automatically soak the gun head in a bucket filled with rain acid solution for 4~5s, and then take it out for 10 automatic plugging and unplugging cycles.
b. Then automatically soak the gun head in a bucket filled with salt water solution for 4~5s, and then take it out for 10 automatic plugging and unplugging cycles.
c. Then automatically soak the gun head in a bucket filled with muddy water solution for 4~5s, and then take it out for 10 automatic plugging and unplugging cycles.
d. Then energize the gun head and gun base for 1.5h.

25) Leakage protection: A leakage switch is installed at the incoming line of the control power supply of the equipment. When there is a leakage, the control power supply is cut off to de-energize the entire cabinet:
26) Overcurrent protection: Each station is protected by a fuse (circuit breaker) to prevent overcurrent or short circuit in the circuit.
27) Overload protection: The equipment is equipped with a circuit breaker inside, which can automatically trip when an overload occurs;
28) Door limit protection: All movable cabinet doors are equipped with safety protection switches. When the cabinet door is opened, the power supply is automatically cut off to prevent operators from being electrocuted.
29) Emergency stop switch: The control panel of the power supply cabinet has an emergency stop switch, which is convenient for operators to cut off the output power of the power supply cabinet when there is an abnormality or when necessary:
