Temperature Rise Test System

1.1 The temperature rise test system is developed according to GB20234.1, GB/T5059.3-1997, GB2099, GB7251, GB11022, GB11918, GB13140, GB14048, GB15092, GB15287, GB15288, GB16915, GB17465, GB20234.1, UL310, UL498, UL817, UL941, UL1059, IEC60884-1, IEC60309, IEC60998, IEC60669, IEC61058, IEC60439, EIA-364-70 and other current and temperature rise test methods for electronic connectors and related standards for other electrical accessories. It is suitable for temperature rise tests of charging guns, liquid-cooled guns, grounding resistance tests, appliance switches, plugs and sockets, switch cabinets, busbars and other products. It has the characteristics of simple operation, accuracy and reliability, and is widely used in manufacturers, quality inspection and scientific research departments. It can also be used to assess the surface heating of electrical accessories when connected to a load current, and whether the electrode temperature rise meets the requirements of the standard.

I. Overview

It is applicable to temperature rise tests of charging guns, liquid-cooled guns, grounding resistance tests, appliance switches, plugs and sockets, switch cabinets, busbars and other products. It has the characteristics of simple operation, accuracy and reliability, and is widely used in manufacturers, quality inspection and scientific research departments. It can also be used to assess whether the surface heating of electrical accessories meets the standard requirements when a load current is connected, and whether the electrode temperature rise meets the standard requirements. 
  1.2 The connector temperature rise thermal cycle test bench is mainly composed of a constant current source, current transmitter, PLC programmable controller, current sensor, current booster, computer, and mobile chassis. 
  1.3 The connector temperature rise thermal cycle test bench can stably output the test current, eliminating the influence of power supply voltage fluctuations, connecting wires, and changes in the resistance value of the test product on the test current, and improving the accuracy of the test results. This power supply has the advantages of low loss, high efficiency, and simple operation, and has complete control and detection functions. The touch screen can display the current value, test time, temperature, and the curve of temperature versus time, and the curve can be queried at any time.
